Lord ALEXANDER THYNNEasked the President of the Local Government Board the date on which it is proposed to issue the Regulations under the Bag Flock Act; and whether arrangements are being made with the necessary Departments for similar regulations to be adopted in regard to Scotland and Ireland?
§ The PRESIDENT of the LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. Burns)The Regulations under the Rag Flock Act were issued on the 10th instant, and will come into operation on 1st July. I am informed that the Local Government Boards for Scotland and Ireland intend to make regulations similar to those made for England and Wales.
