§ Mr. BIRRELLThere are 471 nuns employed in ninety-three Poor Law institutions, and ten nuns are employed at the Youghal Auxiliary Asylum. With the exception of certain queries, which are obviously inapplicable to nuns, the inquiries to which they are subjected are practically the same as those made in the case of lay nurses.
