§ Mr. BIRRELLDuring the financial year 1911–12 the annuities paid to the training colleges in Dublin to cover cost of housing were as follows:—To St. Patrick's Training College, £1,407; Our Lady of Mercy Training College, £1,139, and Church of Ireland Training College, £1,031. St. Patrick's and the Church of Ireland Colleges also received £192 and £l01, respectively, in repayment of the annual ground rent paid by those colleges.
