Mr. JAMES HOPEasked the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to the use of misleading legal arguments as disclosed in the recent case of Henry Richardson in the Sheffield Bankruptcy Court; and whether he proposes by legislation, or otherwise, to take any steps in the matter?
