§ Colonel SEELYThe dates of the last, promotions are as follows: Royal Horse and Field Artillery, 26th August, 1912; Royal Garrison Artillery, lieutenant to captain, 28th September, 1912; Captain to major, 25th November, 1912. There are no existing vacancies except amongst the captains of the Garrison Artillery where there are ten vacancies. The majority of these will be filled by absorption of captains from the seconded list and the remainder will shortly be filled by promotion.
