§ Colonel SEELYThe requisite legal formalities, which necessarily occupied a considerable time, have now been completed, and as soon as the purchasers pay the balance of the purchase money possession can be handed over to them. There does not appear to have been any undue delay in the War Office in dealing with the matter.
