§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of AGRICULTURE (Mr. Runciman)It is proposed that the experiments should be conducted by a special Commission appointed for the purpose, the personnel of which I hope shortly to be in a position to announce. Consideration has been given by both Governments to all difficulties that could be foreseen.
