asked whether, in Clause 14, Sub-section (5) (a), page 14 of the National Insurance Bill as reprinted, the term persons, firms, and bodies corporate will include grocers holding patent medicine licences and at present selling medicines and invalid foods recommended by doctors?

By the provisions of Clause 14 (5) (iii.), the term will only include persons, firms or bodies corporate entitled to carry on the business of a chemist and druggist under the provisions of the Poisons and Pharmacy Act, 1908.
