HC Deb 16 November 1911 vol 31 c520
Major ANSTRUTHER-GRAY

asked whether the applications from the Fife harbours of St. Andrews, Anstruther, Pit-tenweem, and St. Monans, which were made twelve months ago, have yet reached the Development Commissioners; and, if so, when will the decisions be promulgated?

The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. McKinnon Wood)

The applications referred to have reached the Development Commissioners. The Commissioners, a Committee of whom has visited the locality, are in communication on the subject with the Secretary for Scotland. It is hoped that a public announcement will be made shortly.
