asked whether the First Lord will state the first estimate for Naval Airship No. 1; her total cost to date; and whether the delay in her completion is due either to fault in construction or miscalculation in design?

The total liability noted for Naval Airship No. 1 is:—

Payments amounting to £36,000 have been made on account. There has been no delay in her completion.
