asked if the Government will spare one hour on Wednesday, 3rd May, for the discussion and Second Reading of the non-contentious Labourers' Home Enfranchisement (Ireland) Bill, which is on the Order Paper for that day and has the unanimous approval of all classes concerned in Ireland?
