§ The CHANCELLOR of the DUCHY Of LANCASTER (Mr. Joseph Pease)I propose to introduce a Bill at an early date to carry out the recommendations embodied in the report of the Committee on the Salford Hundred Court of Record. The recommendations cannot be carried out without legislation.
