HC Deb 16 March 1911 vol 22 cc2424-5
Sir JOHN UARDINE

asked what arrangement has been made as regards the giving of medical certificates of health to the children at Blainslie school who have suffered from whooping cough?

Mr. URE

The Local Government Board for Scotland were duly informed of the facts of the case, and of the difficulties that had arisen in securing the medical certificates required by Section 57 of the Public Health (Scotland) Act, 1897. I am in communication with the Board upon the legal aspect of the matter.
