§ Mr. BURNSTwo applications have been received from county councils under Section 49 (2) of the Small Holdings and Allotments Act, 1908. In one case an advance by the County Council of £130 was sanctioned, while in the other case the Board have consented to the county council guaranteeing an advance of £180 by a bank to a society.
