HC Deb 03 July 1911 vol 27 c783
Mr. PERKINS

asked whether the Admiralty regulations prohibit the issue to the sailors and marines of His Majesty's ships of the China station of rations of Chinese pork?

Mr. McKENNA

The answer is in the negative. It should be explained that the fresh meat ration on all foreign stations provides only for beef and mutton. There is no distinction between China and other foreign stations.
