asked the Prime Minister whether the proposed changes in the Constitution, as outlined in the Parliament Bill, have been submitted to the Governments of the self-governing Dominions for their approval, or will be submitted for discussion at the forthcoming Imperial Conference?

The PRIME MINISTER

The answer is in the negative.

I desire to ask whether the great changes proposed in the powers and relations of the Imperial Parliament is not a matter that concerns the Imperial Dominions?

Is the right hon. Gentleman of opinion that His Majesty's Government have nothing to learn from Colonial opinion and example?

Mr. JOHN REDMOND

May I ask if the right hon. Gentleman is going to take the opinion of the Colonies on the question of the Veto he will take it also on the question of Home Rule?
