§ The LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. Ure)The question appears to be based upon a 695 misapprehension. No allocation from the Education (Scotland) Fund is made to divisions of a county as distinct from the county as a whole; nor does the allocation in any way depend upon average attendance. The method of allocation is set forth in Section 1 and 2, and is exemplified in the table on page 4, of the Minute of 1st November, 1910.
