HC Deb 14 December 1911 vol 32 cc2532-3
Mr. DAWES

asked if the right hon. Gentleman can say what will be done with the contributions paid by and in respect of an employed contributor under the National Insurance Bill who, at the date of his entry into insurance, is receiving a salary of less than £160 a year, but in three years, owing to annual increments, will receive a salary of over £160 a year?

Mr. LLOYD GEORGE

The balance, if any, of the contributions in question will fall into the general fund of the society.
