HC Deb 14 December 1911 vol 32 c2515
Sir CLEMENT KINLOCH-COOKE

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether it is proposed to introduce another County Court Bill at an early date giving County Court judges the right to a pension after twenty years' service, as well as the right to have a deputy paid by the Treasury in case of the judge's illness?

The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Mr. McKenna)

I have consulted my right hon. Friend the Attorney-General, and I am informed by him that the answer is in the affirmative.
