Mr. ROBERTSONI have not yet been able to make a definite reply to the petition to which the hon. Member refers, but the question is receiving careful consideration, and I hope to send an answer at an early date.
Mr. M. BARLOWIs it not possible to give some more definite assurance than that, because that was the answer given when the matter was raised before, and I think also on one or two previous occasions. I hope the matter will be taken in hand promptly.
