§ Mr. CHARLES BATHURSTasked the President of the Local Government Board whether his attention had been called to a resolution carried at a general meeting of the Incorporated National Association of British and Irish Millers, held in London on the 21st instant, to the effect that in the opinion of the association wheaten flour sold as such without any qualifying designation should be the unbleached and untreated produce of properly cleaned and conditioned wheat only; whether he approved the terms of such resolution; and, if so, whether he would introduce legislation modifying the law relating to food adulteration accordingly?
