Mr. DUDLEY WARDRepresentations have been made by the Yorkshire Builders' Federation as indicated, and the allegations are being investigated, but owing to the extent of the inquiries it has not been found possible at present to furnish a reply to the Federation. In the meantime, however, an arrangement has been made with the Federation whereby any new com- 1799 plaint is to be reported direct to the Commissioners, who will deal with it apart from the original complaints.
