§ Mr. GLYN-JONESDoes not the right hon. Gentleman think that these officials might find it possible to do their shopping outside of business hours, and that the privilege of supplying so many customers on Government premises should not be given exclusively to one private trading concern?
§ Mr. HOBHOUSEI see no reason for departing from the practice already existing.
