Sir WILLIAM SEAGERasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware of the difficulty experienced by provision dealers in the city of Cardiff by reason of the refusal by the railway companies to carry traffic to that city from London; and whether, in view of the in convenience experienced, he can take some action in the matter?
