The following persons are disqualified persons for the purposes of this Act:—

  1. (1) Any sheriff's officer or officer executing the legal process of any court of justice in England or Wales while he is such an officer; and
  2. (2) Any person convicted of felony, the disqualification to continue during the lifetime of that person; and
  3. (3) Any person convicted of making use of a forged justices' licence for the sale of beer, cider, or wine, knowing it to have been forged, the disqualification to continue during the lifetime of that person; and
  4. (4) Any holder of a justices' licence convicted, whether under this Act or otherwise, of permitting his premises to be a brothel, the disqualification to continue during the lifetime of that person; and
  5. (5) Any person ordered to be disqualified under the provision for the purpose contained in this Act on conviction for selling intoxicating liquor without a justices' licence, the disqualification to continue for the time mentioned in the order; and
  6. (6) Any person who by virtue of any other Act is disqualified for holding a justices' licence, the disqualification to continue as provided under that Act. Amendments made: In Sub-section (3), after the word "of" ["person convicted of"], insert the words "forging a justices' licence or;"

In Sub-section (3), leave out the words "for the sale of beer, cider, or wine."
