§ Sub-section (4).—The court of quarter sessions shall at those sessions hear and determine the matter of the appeal, and make such order therein with or without costs, as the court think fit, and may, if necessary, grant the renewal, transfer, or special removal of the licence in the same manner as the licensing justices.
