§ Mr. TENNANTThe Bill referred to proposes to amend and extend the existing laws as to insurance against sickness and accidents and to introduce a general scheme of obligatory old age and invalidity insurance on a contributory basis. I understand that the measure is still under the consideration of the Austrian Parlia- 870 ment. I shall be happy to afford my hon. Friend facilities for the inspection of the text of the Bill, which forms a very voluminous document.
