Mr. O'KELLYasked whether Bernard Martin has been evicted, for non-payment of rent, from the lands of Cloncruffer, on the estate of the Countess of Kingston; that Martin made application to the Estates Commissioners for reinstatement or for an equivalent holding; and that the Commissioners have refused to consider his application; and whether, in view of the facts of the case, he will direct the Commissioners to again take the matter into consideration?
