asked how much of the moneys voted for building new schools in Ireland since 1st January, 1906, has gone to schools under Roman Catholic, Church of Ireland, Presbyterian, Methodist, and other dissenting management, respectively?

The Commissioners of National Education inform me that the amounts of the Grants were as follows: To Roman Catholic applicants, £165,745; to Protestant Episcopalian applicants, £8,268; to Presbyterian applicants, £10,338; to Methodist applicants, £1,938; to other Protestant applicants, £1,195.
