Officers on first appointment to the Territorial Force for service with the Officers' Training Corps can obtain an outfit grant of £20 at once. In the case of officers already holding commissions, if any change of uniform is entailed by the formation of an officers' training corps contingent the actual necessary expenses up to £20 can be claimed on production of receipted bills.
