§ Mr. CHERRYThe Estates Commissioners have had a preliminary inspection made of these lands, and have intimated to the owner the price which they would be prepared to advance if formal proceedings were instituted for sale under the Irish Land Act, 1903. The owner is not willing to sell at this price, and has not therefore instituted proceedings for sale.
