The MASTER Of ELIBANKThe Secretary of State has no official information on the subject, but he has seen in the newspapers a report stating that the chief court have taken notice of the resolution published by the Lieutenant-Governor, and have expressed the intention of considering the matter further. The Secretary of State has no knowledge as yet of the result of such consideration.
