Captain CRAIGasked the Chief Secretary whether he can state if the Estates Commissioners are prepared to make a grant of money to Mr. Joseph Gleeson, of Upper Athea, Athea, county Limerick, to assist him in stocking and working the farm of 45 acres on which he was returned as tenant?
§ Mr. CHERRYThe Estates Commissioners have not yet received the report of their inspector in reference to the estate on which Gleeson is a tenant, and are not in a position at present to say whether they will make him a grant.
