§ Mr. CHERRYThe Estates Commissioners inform me that the holding formerly occupied by Mrs. Daly's husband is in the occupation of another tenant who is unwilling to surrender it, and with whom the Commissioners have no power to interfere. Her name has been noted for consideration in the allotment of such un-tenanted land as the Commissioners may be able to acquire.
