Is the right hon. Gentleman prepared to reconsider his decision not to circulate the draft text of the Finance Bill as a White Paper?

May I ask the right hon. Gentleman if, since I first asked him this question, any change has taken place in the text of the draft?

Mr. LLOYD-GEORGE

If the hon. Member will wait for a few days he will see the draft itself, and then he can form his own judgment. That will be the draft which he will see.
