§ Sir E. STRACHEYIt is the case, of course, that draff is extensively used as food for cattle, but we have no information as to the amount produced or consumed in the manner mentioned.
§ Mr. LANE-FOXasked the hon. Member for South Somerset whether limited companies have pleaded non-liability for prosecution under the Fertilizers and Feeding Stuffs Act and the Food and Drugs Act, respectively; and whether such plea has been allowed by the Courts?
