§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. McKinnon Wood)The new Turkish Government are bound by the terms of the Baghdad Railway Convention, which up to the present 1806 time have not been in any way modified. His Majesty's Government are fully alive to the importance of the matter, but I cannot make any further statement about it.
