§ The PRIME MINISTERThe Bill for establishing a system of labour exchanges will, I hope, be shortly introduced; and, as the hon. Member is aware, the Trade Boards Bill, which has an important bearing on the question of unemployment, is already before the House. Further legislative and financial proposals of the Government for dealing with the same question were outlined by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer in his Budget statement.
