HC Deb 03 May 1909 vol 4 cc712-3
Colonel LOCKWOOD

Will the right hon. Gentleman say how the arms and ammunition of the various Territorial regiments are housed and protected, and what precautions, if any, are taken to prevent the access of strangers to them?

Mr. HALDANE

The hon. and gallant Member will find the required information contained in Part 3 of the Equipment Regulations—Territorial Force. The responsibility for the safe custody of the arms and ammunition rests with the commanding officers of units.

In further reply to Colonel LOCKWOOD,

Mr. HALDANE

These things are dealt with by regulations in the same way as the Regulars are dealt with.
