§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Mr. Gladstone)I am obliged to the hon. Member for having called my attention to this matter. The sale of these photographs is, in my opinion, most reprehensible, and involves a gross breach of faith which, I hope, has now been put a stop to. Steps will be taken to render not only the sale, but the taking of such photographs impossible in future.
