§ Mr. CHERRYAs a matter of practice, I am informed by the Land Commission that cases such as are mentioned in the question are adjourned pending the completion of the sale. If for any reason the negotiations for sale fall through, the rent is fixed on the application, and the order relates back to the date when the originating notice was served, so that the tenant suffers no loss by the adjournment.
