HC Deb 29 March 1909 vol 3 c30
Mr. JOHN MURPHY

asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he can explain the cause of the delay in connection with the purchase of the holding at Ballycasheen, Killarney, for Mr. Daniel O'Donoghue, evicted tenant, seeing that the landlord long ago signified his readiness to sell the lands to the Commissioners?

The CHIEF SECRETARY for IRELAND (Mr. Birrell)

The Estates Commissioners inform me that they are in communication with the owner in reference to O'Donoghue's reinstatement.
