HC Deb 29 July 1909 vol 8 cc1361-2
Mr. GINNELL

asked the President of the Board of Trade if he will say which of the railway companies involved in the recent collision near North Wall, Dublin, was found by the Board of Trade to be responsible for that collision and for the resulting injury to an employé?

The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. H. J. Tennant)

The officer who held the inquiry into the cause of this accident formed the opinion that responsibility for it rested with certain employés of the Dublin and South-Eastern Railway Company. The Report of the inquiry will shortly be published.
