§ Mr. BIRRELLAs I have already stated in reply to a question asked by the hon. Member for North Kerry on 11th June last, the Estates Commissioners will consider this application in connection with the distribution of such untenanted land as they may acquire in the neighbourhood.

§ Mr. BIRRELLThe hon. Member must have patience. Land is not an article of manufacture, and the difficulty is to get it in order to distribute it amongst the people who stand in need of it.
