§ Sir E. STRACHEYTwenty-one cases in 11 counties have been reported to us. We issued a Press notice early this month: warning farmers that the pests mentioned I were prevalent this year, and with a view of obtaining information that may prove of service to farmers we are asking those who report the existence of the disease to supply us with full particulars as to the infestation.
