§ The FIRST COMMISSIONER Of WORKS (Mr. Harcourt)An appeal for an increase of wages was made by the employés in Hampton Court, Richmond, and 609 Bushey Parks some time ago. I am, however, unable to state at present what can be done, the matter being still under discussion between myself and the Treasury.
