Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, if he will state what action the Durham County Council has taken by way of supplying land for small holdings to the applicants in its area; whether he is aware that the members of a small holders' society in the Cleadon and Whitburn districts have made application and have been refused; and what action the Board intends taking in the matter?
