asked the Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture (Ireland), in connection with the Departmental Committee he proposes to appoint to promote flax culture in Ulster, whether he will consider the advisability of extending its operations, and any benefits to which it may lead, to all parts of Ireland where the soil is suitable for flax growing, irrespective of province?
