HC Deb 05 July 1909 vol 7 cc811-2
Mr. BOLAND

asked whether any turbary had been handed over to the Estates Commissioners in connection with the sale of the Drummond Estate, in the parish of Beaufort, county Kerry; and, if so, how many acres?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Estates Commissioners will deal with this estate in order of priority, but its turn has not yet come. It is not proposed to hand over any turbary to the Commissioners, but the owner proposes to vest some 271 acres of turbary in trustees for the benefit of the tenants entitled to turbary.
