§ Mr. MORTON (for Mr. Weir)asked the Lord Advocate, in view of the fact that a committee was appointed last year to consider the question of employment and training of boys and girls in the Highland crofting counties, will he state whether he has yet received a Report on the subject and his decision thereon; and is it proposed to continue the training schemes which have been in force for some years under the direction of the Congested Districts Board?
